Join us on Saturday, November 28, 2026, for McMillan’s Small Business Saturday Holiday Market. Explore the vendor market from 10 AM to 3 PM, and shop McMillan’s Nursery & Gifts from 8 AM to 4 PM. It’s a chance to meet the people behind local businesses and find something special for the holidays.

Apply to Be a Holiday Market Vendor

We’re inviting local makers, boutiques, artisans, food vendors, wedding and event venues, and other small businesses to apply. Our goal is to give customers a market worth spending time in and give participating businesses a chance to reach new customers. We want the connections made here to last beyond one shopping day.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome thoughtfully made pottery and crafts, quality jewelry, boutique clothing and accessories, gifts, holiday merchandise, home décor, original art, baked goods, specialty foods, prepared food and beverages, and distinctive small-business products or services. Established businesses and newer ventures are welcome.

We review the quality of your products, how you present your business, and how your offerings fit the overall market. Clear product descriptions and a professional display help us understand what customers can expect. Vendors represent part of the McMillan’s experience, so courteous service and care in your work matter.

Every application is reviewed individually. Applying early gives us more time to review your business and plan promotions; it does not guarantee selection.

Application Deadline & Vendor Fee

November 15, 2026: Vendor applications close.
November 20, 2026: The $15 participation fee is due for approved vendors.
November 28, 2026: Vendor market, 10 AM to 3 PM. McMillan’s shopping, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Submitting an application does not reserve a booth or confirm participation. We will contact you by email with our decision. Do not send payment with your application. If approved, Mikayla will send you a payment link. The $15 vendor fee must be paid by November 20, 2026 to confirm participation.

Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and display equipment and be ready to serve customers throughout the 10 AM to 3 PM vendor market.

I understand that this is an application only. McMillan’s reviews quality, presentation, merchandise variety, and event suitability; submitting does not guarantee approval.

I will pay the $15 vendor fee only after written approval and no later than November 20, 2026. I will not send payment with this application.

I will supply my own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment and maintain a professional booth with courteous service during the November 28 market from 10 AM to 3 PM.

I understand that vendor-initiated cancellation is nonrefundable after payment. If McMillan’s cancels the entire event, paid vendor fees will be refunded in full.

I own or have permission to use the submitted logo and photographs and authorize McMillan’s to use them and my business details to promote my participation if approved.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a vendor cancels after paying, the $15 participation fee is nonrefundable. If McMillan’s cancels the entire event, paid vendor fees will be refunded in full. These terms are included in the application agreements.
